Reserve Rope for the project you want
- Backpack: 1 Leather, 2 Ragged Cloth and 1 Rope through hand crafting.
- Grappling Hook: 1 Hook and 1 Rope at a Workbench.
If you want both, reserve 2 Rope: their Rope ingredients alone cost 4 Vines and 2 Sticks. You still need each project's other materials.
For an earlier inventory upgrade, the Pouch uses Leather and Vines without Rope. For the traversal tool, continue to Grappling Hook crafting.
